Accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months are considered inactive. rand4d may charge an administrative fee of up to Rp 50,000 per month on inactive Accounts with positive balances. These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international gaming regulations applicable to online gaming platforms. References to Indonesian laws and regulations are for informational purposes and to establish market context, not to claim specific regulatory approval within Indonesia's domestic legal framework.
In the event of a dispute between you and rand4d, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. Most disputes can be resolved quickly and amicably through direct communication.
If informal resolution is unsuccessful, you agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration in accordance with international arbitration rules. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
